Keenosjerky.com Web Designers shout-out

Never have we, nor will we be more grateful than to Design Works Group in Wichita Falls, Texas for our web site!   This group dedicated a team to litterally hand-hold us from the start to the finish.   Their skills, talents, as well as their patience were tested many times during the process, but Craig, Kerry and Dara pulled rabbits out of their hats repeatedly in order to hand us this site.

We can't begin to express our gratitude enough, except to state that should anyone want world-class treatment, and world-class talent at work for them, by all means look to

Big Daddy Fahrenheit Review

Coming to you straight out of Witchita Falls Texas, Is a Company coming to light and paving the road for some GREAT beef jerky. Gary Keeney CEO, of Keeno’s Steakhouse Jerky was kind enough to send me 5 bags of a few different jerky’s they make
- Kickin’ T-Bone
-Terrible Tuesday
-Blazin’ Honey
-Hold On To Yer Hat
-Skull and Crossbones
The great thing I like about this company is they have a mission to help out as many youth ministries as possible and a portion of their proceeds go to those ministries. The other thing I like is they have more than just BEEF jerky, they have exotic jerky as well which I’d love to try. Keeno’s delectable jerky is made from the best cut of Bottom Round and seasoned to rival the best steakhouses in Texas… OH YEAH! So lets break into this review y’all
The Kickin’ T-Bone is their #! seller and winner in every competition they have entered and I see why. When I first opened the bag the first thing that entered my mind was man am I in for a treat the loving smell of smokey mesquite hit my nose so I dug in. This jerky is very soft and chewy as jerky should be. It has a salty smokey flavor to it that I can describe like no other, and is by far probably the BEST JERKY I have had to date. With no heat this would be the perfect jerky for anyone from kids to old folks to enjoy. So pick up the phone dial (940)249-1982 and give Keeno’s a call for your order, or visit them at www.keenosjerky.com

5th Annual Jerky Title Win

This just in: Keeno's Jerky's Kickin' T-Bone took runner-up honors in the 5th Annual WORLD JERKY CONTEST! The contest is sponsored by Peppers and More, which rates and reviews all things spicy, hot and flavorful. Entries were submitted world-wide and could not include packaging, so as to make the contest fair for mega-manufacturers and do-it-yourselfers alike.

We are extremely pleased with this announcement, especially considering that we did not submit a "hot" jerky flavor. Our Kickin' T-bone transcends being labeled hot or mild, and goes right straight to ADDICTING!
The winning jerky was a Habanero Pepper based Bison Jerky. * Texas jerky makers are prohibited from making jerky with Bison for resale, making this a sweeter win!

The editor of Peppers and More writes:
"I want to mention that the second place winner was http://keenosjerky.com/. This is a jerky that needs to be mentioned. If not for being blown away by the (Habanero Bison) winning jerky, this is a jerky that would have been a clear winner. These guys have a wide selection of jerky that needs to be tried".

Big Daddy Fahrenheit "Terrible Tuesday" Review

Lets get this thing started on a Wednesday following a Terrible Tuesday out of Texas. In 1979 an F5 tornado ripped through their town and flattened it, and flavored with Ghost pepper, Keeno’s Steakhouse Jerky named this great product after it. Now when you first open this Jerky you will get a wave of what seems to remind me of a mesquite or hickory, short lived to be followed by the raveging smell of Ghost pepper. Terrible Tuesday has an excellent texture. If you like or love the taste of Ghost pepper than this is your jerky, while not extremely hot, you get some heat from this 900k Scoville pepper and can still enjoy it. All in all I would rate the heat on this baby at about a 2.5 (for my taste) on a scale from 1 to 10.
